Celebrate National Library Week with WPCL and community partners! Play carnival games and win prizes. Scheduled food truck available for purchase: Twisted Pretzels Express! In case of rain, the event will be held in the WPCL Track Area. WPCL is not responsible for changes to food truck vendors.
