Schedule Food Trucks: Pocono Potato Chip, Ekims Dirty Dogs, Twisted Pretzel Express, Mother Trucking Tacos & Grub Scheduled vehicles include fire, police, EMS, helicopters, PennDot, and construction vehicles. Emergency vehicles are subject to weather and availability at time of event.
